2\. 使用配套螺絲刀擰開 keystone Tablet 上主要的三顆螺絲，準備填入字符塊。

3\. 根據您的助記詞，找到對應的不銹鋼字元塊放置在每個空槽內，每個單詞填入前四個字母即可。

### **1. 如何根據記錄的前四位字母找回完整助記詞？**

keystone Tablet 的每個空槽可以放置 4 個字符塊。根據 BIP39，助記詞列表中每個單詞的前 4 個字母各不相同。即用 4 個字母即可代表唯一的助記詞。如果遇到 3 個字母組成的助記詞，可以用多餘助記詞塊的空白面代替，起到占位固定作用。

### **2. 填助記詞的時候發現某個字母不夠用怎麼辦？**

keystone Tablet 提供的字符塊數量是根據每個字母在助記詞列表中出現的概率計算得出。會發生小概率某個字母不夠用的現象，您可以採取以下辦法解決：

1）字元塊 "b" 和 "q"，"d“ 和 "p"，"n" 和 "u" 使用同一字元塊，可以互換使用，請看您的問題是否得到解決。

2）使用多餘字符元塊的空白面代替，特殊記憶。

3）生成新的助記詞，重新填入（再次出現字符塊不夠的概率幾乎為零）。

4）通過購買平臺聯繫客服補寄缺少的字符塊。

5）購買之前，您可以先查看附件文檔，確認下字符塊數量是否滿足您的需求，如無法滿足，可提前聯繫客服備註再下單。
