# 忘記 PIN 碼、手勢密碼、文本密碼

## I. **忘記 PIN 碼**

如果忘記 Keystone App 的 PIN 碼，用戶需要刪除 App，重新[下載](https://support.keyst.one/v/traditional-chinese/kai-shi-shi-yong/xia-zai-keystone-yi-dong-duan-app)安裝，重新[綁定](https://support.keyst.one/v/traditional-chinese/kai-shi-shi-yong/tong-bu-keystone-yi-dong-duan-app)硬件錢包。如果用戶同時在使用本地錢包，請確認備份助記詞後再進行操作。

## **II. 重置 PIN 碼**

1\. 解鎖進入 Keystone APP，點擊底部【設置】>【PIN 碼解鎖】>【修改 PIN 碼】。

2\. 輸入舊 PIN 碼後可重新設置新 PIN 碼。

## **III. 忘記 Keystone 錢包的手勢密碼**

1\. 點擊【切換至密碼解鎖】，輸入密碼解鎖設備，

2\. 點擊【菜單】 > 【設置】，關閉【設置手勢解鎖】開關，再開啟。

3\. 輸入【密碼】後，重新設置解鎖圖案。

## **IV. 忘記 Keystone 錢包的密碼**

如果忘記 Keystone 錢包設備的密碼，可在解鎖頁面點擊【忘記密碼】選項，輸入助記詞後，可重新設置密碼。如果助記詞和密碼全部忘記，資產將無法找回。

**請注意：**解鎖 Keystone 錢包時，用戶如果連續輸入 **12** 次錯誤手勢密碼後，設備將強制輸入文本密碼解鎖；連續輸入 **5** 次錯誤文本密碼後， Keystone 錢包將自動恢復出廠設置。

## **V. 重置 Keystone 錢包的密碼**

1\. 點擊主頁左上角【菜單】按鈕 >【設置】>【修改密碼】。
